My own path has never been completely linear. I have lived and worked across different countries and built my career across sales leadership and recruitment. As a recruiter, I spent years helping companies find talent and seeing first-hand how career decisions and hiring processes really work. But I also know the candidate's side: questioning your direction, leaving paths that no longer fit and trying to work out what comes next. Eventually, I realised I did not want to squeeze every part of myself into one job title. Today, I have built a portfolio career that brings those different parts together.
